How it works

The idea in one line

You and your tenants message one WhatsApp number. An AI assistant reads the messages, works out what's needed, does the chasing, and only asks you for the decisions that matter. You talk to it like a person — there are no rigid commands to memorise.

What your tenants do

They just message the number in their own words. The assistant collects what it needs and keeps them updated.

Tenant: the shower's stopped draining in room 3
Assistant: Sorry to hear that. Which property is that at? A photo helps if you can.
Tenant: 12 Cathedral Road [sends photo]
Assistant: Got it — logged for 12 Cathedral Road, room 3. We're arranging someone.
